This Client came to MHDP as a referral from their sister, the owner of another MHDP project.  The alterations and additions to this residence were about refining and respecting  an already loved and appreciated family home, having been already extended in the 1970’s by the previous generation.  The “bones” of the building were good but the cladding of the extension needed a serious re-work.  In the end, each space was refurbished to create a spectacular family home and now the sisters argue over who got the better MHDP house.
