This project came off the back of the success of Newport Residence 1. The Client wanted MHDP to breathe life into an unloved but more importantly an undervalued Spanish mission style residence with an access handle to waterfront.
Apart from resulting in a spectacular three-story house with pool and new boatshed, this project showcases the extraordinary ability for MHDP Architects to coordinate the entire project from design and documentation through to presentation and marketing.
