STRATEGIC PLANNING

All projects are set up with a strategic plan often created directly with the client. The strategic plan is aligned to the client’s critical decisions, risk and cost parameters. Combined with this is a financial plan in order to outline the project costs to the client. This is developed, monitored and managed throughout the entire project.

FINANCIAL CONTROL

We care about our client’s money and we have procedures in place to maintain and achieve budgets. The project is cost controlled at every stage. Understanding the project finances allows us to adapt our service and fees to work within project parameters.

MHDP Architects has developed efficient business systems balancing speed and risk. Our internal time and cost management means efficient and cost effective production for our clients.

INVOLVEMENT AND ADVOCACY

MHDP Architects believe that a successful outcome is achieved when we are involved in every step of the process, however this may not suit every project or client. We can shape our role to meet any client needs.
