Known as “Northbridge’s most valuable house”, this MHDP design has achieved not only the street but the suburb record each time it has sold since it was originally constructed.
Designed with Interni and built in 1994, this dramatic cliff-top home has since been sold twice, each time selling at a suburb record. The house is built around three courtyards, maximising sunlight and protection from the North-East winds. Opening the wings between the courtyards creates a large, protected entertaining space. Renovated in 2009 with Hare & Klein for the current owners to their specific lifestyle requirements.
