Description – UNIT BLOCK REFURBISHMENT

The addition of the balconies created a substantial rise in the value of the units.
The design rejuvinated a 1960’s red brick apartment block considered non-contributory by Council. The bolt-on balcony elements provided private outdoor space with harbour views to each unit increasing each unit’s value while allowing occupants to remain in residency. Car-parking and security were also upgraded.
