Council have confirmed a Heritage Exemption to allow remedial work to be undertaken allowing rental and income for the property while a detailed Conservation Management Plan is being prepared along with a DA for the future Master Plan.
MHDP has had only positive interactions with council and consultants. We have been in tight communication with Heritage21 (heritage), Jensen Hughes (BCA consultants), Baxter+Co (Interior Designer), Ian Elly Property Services (Groundskeeper) and Singleton Council to attain an S5.10 (3) DA Exemption for Phase 1 minor heritage restoration works, ensuring careful construction techniques that restore historical buildings and provide new capabilities to this property for future development.
