MHDP is pleased to announce Seaforth residence is approved by Northern Beaches Council
This residence is one of the challenging ones – taking over a half-completed shell that had been under construction for 20 years with rusting structural steel and stop work orders.
The new owners could see the potential of the site and engaged MHDP to help them realise it. A long DA process was followed through with MHDP calmly and pro-actively working with the Council officers to achieve a balanced and very positive result. We are now looking forward to moving into the construction part of the project and finally delivering a great house on a great site that has waited long enough.
