The “Barn” project at Glenquarry is now complete, and the result is truly stunning. Every element—the material selections, form, exposed timber frames, and overall craftsmanship—works harmoniously to embody the timeless essence of a barn.

This project was one of many handed over to us (MHDP) by AJA Architects after DA stage. While we’d love to claim a larger role, the credit for this incredible design belongs to AJA Architects, builder and interior designer! The vision was brought to life on-site by AJ Corby, with interiors impeccably curated by Jess Hunter Interiors. The traditional timber framing is a masterpiece in its own right, showcasing exceptional skill and artistry. It’s been an absolute treat to witness this barn take shape over the months. The resulting volume and presence of the structure are truly awe-inspiring.
