When the owners sold the residence, the quality and unique design allowed the owners to hold on for the best price possible, and once sold it set the suburb record for Narrabeen.
This family residence is built directly on the beachfront at North Narrabeen and as such had to answer the highly restrictive coastal protection and beachfront erosion guidelines. A very long and narrow block, the building houses a semi-sheltered courtyard and pool with the end Living room and playroom “owning” the beach. This house incorporated clever planning to give a multiple of rooms a great view toward the beach.
