In her role as Office Manager Kirstin oversees the running of the office.  Kirstin has an understanding of all the office responsibilities and relationships and as such is critical in maintaining clear and professional communication with all Parties and particularly clients.

Kirstin has worked at MHDP for over 20 years as well has having originally worked with both Mark and Linda at Rice Daubney Architects prior to joining them at MHDP.

Kirstin’s communication skills are exemplary and she is critical in maintaining the quality and professionalism of MHDP output.

Kirstin has also renovated five homes to MHDP designs so she is in a unique position to understand the process and value of MHDP service from a client’s perspective.

Kirstin enjoys sailing on Pittwater and exploring its many walking trails.
