Oscar joined MHDP Architects in 2025, bringing an interdisciplinary foundation of a Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Civil Engineering)(Hons 1) and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture. In his time with the practice, he has contributed to the delivery of numerous residential and commercial projects, applying a structural and technical rigour that complements MHDP’s design approach.

In his current role as Technical Development Lead, Oscar has taken on responsibility for the firm’s technical and data infrastructure. He is leading the development of an AI-driven data architecture initiative designed to consolidate over 35 years and 1,000+ projects of design, process, and financial knowledge into a structured, centralised system. This includes mapping core data sources across project management, time-tracking, and financial reporting to identify key dependencies, and translating MHDP’s institutional processes into tools that support project administration, office management, and forecasting of project fees, hours, and timelines.

 Oscar’s dual background in engineering and architecture positions him well to lead this work, ensuring the technical systems being developed remain grounded in the practical realities of architectural practice.
