Raphael holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Environments from the University of Sydney and completed his Masters of Architecture at the University of Technology Sydney in 2025.

Since joining MHDP in February 2021, Raphael has demonstrated strong initiative, technical capability, and a collaborative approach across a diverse range of projects. He has successfully managed a number of small-scale projects, while also contributing to larger developments with a focus on efficiency, coordination, and teamwork.

Raphael’s experience has played a key role in the delivery of documentation across all of MHDP’s cinema projects, developing a strong understanding of complex project requirements and detailed documentation standards. This has resulted in Raphael being given the responsibility of managing all of MHDP’s cinema clients.

He is currently managing a large-scale commercial development, where he continues to build his experience in project management, consultant coordination, and project delivery.
