The Killara Alterations and Additions project took all of its cues from the stunning Federation house that already existed and created an enlarged family home that met the needs of the new residents.
Another successful example of our builders becoming clients, the Killara residence was created for and constructed by the director of Carfax Commercial Constructions. The new building to the rear was developed with a love and respect for the culture and craftsmanship of the original house – using “Arts & Crafts” motifs in modern ways. A beautiful transformation and a great example of understanding and supporting the Heritage conservation area.
