This senior’s living development is a collaboration between AJA and MHDP for a developer client – to produce a series of purpose-developed detached town houses within a large garden-filled residential lot.  The design of the houses include lifts and adequate space for disabled access, while retaining a traditional residential character entirely in keeping with the Bowral locality.  Development of the project is on-going.
