Following on from Rose Bay 1 house, the adjoining neighbour who bought into the area after Rose Bay 1 was completed came to MHDP to ask for a very similar solution for their site and their much younger family.  This again incorporated a tunnel and lift access from the street level to the house.  This house has much sharper, more modern lines than Rose Bay 1 but nevertheless sits as a complement to its more traditional neighbour.
