In association with John Holland Landscape Architecture, the subdivision of this sensitive site addressed issues critical to developing on the coast – flooding, coastal erosion, sea level rise, flora and fauna. Using an innovative range of building types and form, a commercial yield was achieved while restoring and protecting a large part of the site as a coastal reserve.  The State Government approved the project in 2011.
