The Rose Bay dental practice was the third successful fitout produced for this doctor/practice.  The first fitout was a small two chair practice in Newtown and the second was a much larger commercial business in Hurstville.  The Rose Bay fit-out represented a luxury “downsize” for the doctor back to a small two chair shopfront practice.  But that didn’t limit the brief in terms of what the tiny space had to achieve.  The Client wanted the fitout to emulate his love of streamline 1930’s cars and architecture.
